Courtney was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish.
From the moment we connected, she was organized, calm, and completely on top of every detail. She thought of things I never would have considered, kept our timeline running smoothly, and handled any little issues behind the scenes before I even had a chance to worry about them.
On the day of the wedding, I truly got to be present and enjoy the moments because I knew Courtney had everything handled – vendors, décor, schedule, family, all of it. She communicated clearly, advocated for what we wanted, and did it all with kindness and a smile.

You may think you don't need a Day- of-Coordinator and that perhaps you can do it all on your own, but do yourself a favor and hire Courtney. She met with me several times to review time lines, to help me think about things I overlooked such as a schedule for the speeches, attended our rehearsal and lunch, protected me from being bombarded with multiple guests while I was getting ready, and managed to go above and beyond with decorating not only the inside, but the outside of the venue. She also coordinated with all the vendors prior to the wedding and the day of. The only thing I had to do was to relax and be ready on time.
A couple weeks after the wedding, she dropped off a book she had made for us that included pictures from our rehearsal lunch. Such a thoughtful and unexpected gift. I highly recommend Courtney as your Wedding Coordinator!
