You may think you don't need a Day- of-Coordinator and that perhaps you can do it all on your own, but do yourself a favor and hire Courtney. She met with me several times to review time lines, to help me think about things I overlooked such as a schedule for the speeches, attended our rehearsal and lunch, protected me from being bombarded with multiple guests while I was getting ready, and managed to go above and beyond with decorating not only the inside, but the outside of the venue. She also coordinated with all the vendors prior to the wedding and the day of. The only thing I had to do was to relax and be ready on time.
A couple weeks after the wedding, she dropped off a book she had made for us that included pictures from our rehearsal lunch. Such a thoughtful and unexpected gift. I highly recommend Courtney as your Wedding Coordinator!

The first time we met Courtney, I remember the initial question that she asked each of us: “What special moment are you looking forward to the most at the wedding?” Based on that response, Courtney embarked with us on our wedding journey and helped guide us along the way. She is very caring, professional, and responsive and always going above and beyond. On the wedding rehearsal night, she passed out her card and let all the attendees know that if anyone had a question or concern on our special day to go directly to her and not bother the bride or groom. While planning my daughter’s wedding, I knew I needed a Day-of Coordinator to assist with the final weeks and the day of the wedding. What a great service Courtney provided us. A day we will never forget. I was trying to plan a fun, different and accessible date night. Initially, everything I was seeking started seeming trite, way overpriced and hassle-driven. I decided to try a pro-Courtney. She turned it up for us so well. We explored cool spots that became intimate settings for us. As we flowed from place to place, anticipation built. We were happy the moment we got there. Such a joyful day. The funny thing is that even with Courtney's services, it cost about half what I was budgeting for twice the experience. I will attend any event planned by Courtney and only have Courtney plan my events! Can't recommend her enough.

Courtney brought so much joy and spontaneity to our week-long dance retreat in Guatemala and always gave 110% to our activities. Her thoughtfulness was evident in the materials she had prepared for us like the special rocks she hauled to Guatemala to the daily meditations and rituals. I will never forget our Sacred Fire Ceremony she planned with the Mayans. I would jump on a plane with Courtney for another retreat in a heartbeat!
