LOVEBIRDS

ROMANTIC & AFFECTIONATE

Starting at $2200

The LOVEBIRDS package is for clients that love planning from start to finish.  They enjoy doing the research and envisioning their details with the opportunity to consult and strategize with all the necessary support to execute their magical day.

The LOVEBIRDS Package resembles a "Day-of Coordinator" and includes:

​

  • ​Four planning meetings prior to the wedding day

  • A list of preferred vendors

  • Strategic timeline for the wedding day

  • Choreography of rehearsal, rituals and special requests

  • Contact and coordinate all wedding vendors one month prior to the wedding day

  • Supervise the set-up of ceremony and reception

  • Ensure all vendor contracts are fulfilled

  • Set-up all personal items (i.e. favors, menus, programs, etc)

  • Orchestrate ceremony and reception

  • Collect items to be put in appointed vehicle/room at the end of the event

  • Coordinate team for 8-10 hours on the wedding day

  • Communication: text, phone, email for ongoing strategic support

  • Handle emergencies as needed

DOVES

GENTLE & PEACEFUL

Starting at $3400

The DOVES package is for clients that may have booked their venue, possibly a vendor or two, but would like more peace of mind and support in navigating all the demands of wedding planning: they may need more time and space for other life demands. 

The  DOVES package resembles a "Partial Planner" and includes everything in the "Lovebirds" package, plus:

​

  • A total of six meetings prior to the wedding day

  • Review and assist with vendor contracts

  • Provide quotes for remaining vendors

  • Review vendor contracts to ensure all payments are made on time

  • Serve as a liaison between the the vendors and the clients

  • Manage the rehearsal event

  • Coordinate team for both rehearsal day & wedding day

SWANS

MAJESTIC & DEVOTED

Starting at $9600

The SWANS package is for clients that seek full-service wedding coordination from start to finish. This package is for  couples who have a vision of the big day but need the full support of an all-encompassing wedding planner architect: it is also for clients planning a destination wedding

The SWANS package resembles a "Full Planner" and includes everything in the "Lovebirds" and "Doves" packages, plus:

​

  • Determine and prepare a budget

  • Research and gather quotes from venues and vendors based on style and budget

  • Setting up vendor meetings

  • Assist with every detail of the wedding

  • Design and event styling

  • Coordinate team for all wedding weekend activities
